PVH Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the group operating renowned brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, is committed to giving back to communities worldwide. Through this collaboration, the organisation seeks to empower aspiring black designers by offering them access to invaluable work experience, job training and networking opportunities via the Caramel Rock fashion programme.

“Through the new partnership, young black people can gain work experience and job training through our fashion programme,” said Faith Johnson, founder of Caramel Rock. “We aim to provide young black designers with relevant qualifications and training, connecting them with industry professionals, and helping to strengthen their employability to encourage long-term wealth building and economic stability for their futures. Additionally, our employment engagement supports industry job and placement opportunities.”
