Dr. Martens at Skills England with UKFT
Dr. Martens’ iconic boots are recognised for their rebellious spirit all around the world and each year the company opens its doors to the next generation of shoemakers at its original factory in Northamptonshire, where the very first pair of boots rolled off the production line in 1960.
Based at its famous Cobbs Lane factory in Wollaston in the Midlands, successful applicants to the Dr. Martens Apprenticeship programme will learn the DM’s Production process from start to finish.
At the end of the 12-month apprenticeship you’ll be qualified to work as a footwear operative within the factory. All Dr. Martens asks is that you’re friendly with great communication skills, an eagerness to learn and above all, a passion for the brand and company.
