The Level 2 Textile Manufacturing Operative Apprenticeship has been running for five years and must be reviewed to ensure the content, assessment and delivery still reflect the need of the industry.

This English Apprenticeship Standard was originally approved in 2018 by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) supported by the members of the following Employer Trailblazer group:

The current review is being led by IfATE (supported by UKFT as secretariat). Development of the revised Standard and End Point Assessment Plan (EPA) has been underway with the new membership of the Employer Trailblazer Group for the past six months.
