The bespoke service offering boasts a large range of different weights and weaves, available in an extensive range of colours.

The company was originally founded in Lyon in 1885 but is now London based: many of their fabrics have been designed and woven in the UK for nearly 40 years.

Maison Henry Bertrand is back at Première Vision Paris from July 5-7, 2022, showcasing its new creative fabrics using many more sustainable, recycled and organic fibres. The company has spent the past few years continuing efforts to reduce carbon foot-print and find ways to create less waste.

The creative team have also been looking at new ways to construct imaginative fabrics using more sustainable yarns, working closely with weavers, dyers and finishers.

The firm’s principal advantage is that it can create many of jacquard designs, from just 5 metres. There is also a massive archive that can be adapted, be produced in custom colours or even bespoke designs.

For 2022, Maison Henry Bertrand can offer a bespoke dyeing service from 20m at no extra cost on many of the plain silk qualities. Several yarn dyed articles can also be custom coloured.
