More than 80% of consumers find the care label useful but many don’t know how to interpret the instructions to get the most from their clothing and textiles, while also minimising the environmental impact.

The new GINETEX MY CARE LABEL App provides consumers with a tool to access comprehensive practical advice to properly care for their laundry.

Accessible from anywhere and totally free, the application is now available in five languages (French and English, as well as Spanish, Italian and German)

Get a Care Labelling Licence through UKFT

The care symbols are registered trademarks in over 80 countries, including the UK and all major European markets. Companies must have a licence to use the care symbols. UKFT is the UK organisation responsible for the use of the GINETEX symbols and UKFT can provide a care labelling licence that allows the use of the symbols throughout the world.
