The company, based in Cornwall, has another vacancy for a full time Finishing Operative and said it welcomes all enquires particularly from those with transferrable skills gained from other types of employment and those returning to work. The Natural Fibre Company is also happy to receive speculative enquiries throughout the year.

Colin Spencer Halsey, co-director of the firm, said: “Our latest finishing operative has returned to work on a part-time basis. It underpins our company policy to employ a wide range of ages and to demonstrate our flexibility in terms of working time practices.”
