Rock + Ruby launched in 2021 and was created during the pandemic in East London by Ruby Chahal, a creative design director.

Rock + Ruby is about “beautiful things that make us happy. Inspired by my mum spending endless days knitting lovely hats, jumpers and socks for the family. Some, I used for long walks in the forest with my other inspiration, Rocky, my miniature schnauzer and best pal,” says Ruby.

“I believe, as well as being beautiful to bring happiness, our products should be made in Great Britain, to help local communities. My mission is to create beautiful diverse designs, at the best quality, to last a long time, to be sustainable, with a low carbon footprint.

“We only work with British manufacturers to use their expert craftsmanship and expertise, to create high quality timeless designs, made in small batches to ensure the best quality. All our manufacturers are true expert craftsmen who have pride in what they do. They all share our values, helping and supporting local communities.”
