UKFT Associate Member The Brand Hangar offers ecommerce pick and pack, wholesale distribution and courier services specifically designed for the fashion industry. The company was established four years ago and has quickly built up an impressive client list including Ally Capellino, Lisou, Halpern, Galvan, Justine Tabak and Wales Bonner, building on the fashion and logistics experience of its founders.
Susie Palmer has worked in fashion industry for the past 20 years, previously running consultancy business Palmer Productions. She is joined by logistics specialist Mark Bowring and chartered accountant Paul Witkover.
“We are completely flexible to brands’ requirements in terms of how packages are shipped and presented,” says Susie. “We can do same-day delivery for press days or offer storage for rolls of fabric because ‘off the shelf’ standard fulfilment doesn’t work for the types of businesses we deal with.”

The Brand Hangar’s software integrates with all major online stores/shopping carts including Zedonk, Shopify, Woo, Magento, SquareSpace and Wix, while tracking information can be sent automatically to customers, and inventory updated without any brand intervention.
The system offers a host of useful reporting tools and provides clients with a transparent live view of order status, inventory, despatch times and tracking.
For wholesale customers, the system integrates with Zedonk to provide a seamless wholesale process from creation of new seasons SKUs to stock allocation and pick ticket generation.
The Brand Hangar works with carriers including Royal Mail, DHL and DPD. Customers can also integrate their own couriers into the system.
The company can also assist with collections from UK factories using its own custom fitted vehicles for hanging garments, and the firm’s sister company (Mission Despatch) provides access to a fleet of same day vehicles throughout London and the UK.
