SURVEY: Tell us your current and future sustainable skills requirements

UKFT is looking to hear from UK fashion or textile businesses/organisations operating in manufacturing, retail or end-of-use about the current level and future requirements for sustainable skills.
The results will help industry and academia to create a roadmap for the skills our sector requires to transition towards a circular economy.
It covers:
- sustainable manufacturing skills around issues such as material sourcing, decarbonisation, waste water treatment and zero waste
- environmental management skills encompassing chemicals, waste, reporting and auditing
- compliance skills including health and safety; ethical and responsible sourcing; regulation, policy and legislation
- technology skills including big data, AI, blockchain, 3D, automation and robotics
